John J Reay Cert PFS CMS - Proprietor
John entered Financial Services in 1989 and has been involved in both Commercial and Residential property purchases on behalf of his clients over this period. John is a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser holding the CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) at merit level along with Financial Planning certificates 1,2 and 3.
"I originally set up Select Mortgage Solutions in 2001, to allow us to provide our clients with Independent Mortgage Advice from the whole of the market place. Our aim is to access the best deals for our clients."

Peter Madgwick
Peter, who is a very experienced member of the team, has been giving Financial advice since 1982 and for the last few years has been a mortgage adviser for an Estate Agent.
Peter has his Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3 and the Mortgage Advice Qualification Certificate, giving him a vast knowledge of the Mortgage market place.
He is married with one grown up daughter and was born and still resides in North Shields. |

Stephen Reay
Stephen joined Select Mortgage Solutions in May 2001 as a Mortgage Advisor after working for a leading credit provider.
Stephen also has a background in accountancy after studying under the Association of Accounting Technicians. Stephen is a CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor. |

Leanne Simpson Leanne has been a mortgage adviser for over 10 years, having worked previously for 2 large estate agents in the North East. She has CeMap 1,2 and 3 qualifications and a wealth of knowledge and experience. Leanne has lived in the North-East since graduating from Newcastle University in 1997 with a 2:1 BA Honours degree in Linguistics. |

Debbie Reay
Debbie has previously worked in the NHS where she gained a wide range of experience at management level and also dealing with people. She then left to gain experience in accountancy by studying under the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Debbie is our Accounts/Administration manager, who works on a part-time basis ensuring our clients receive the best possible service standards. |

Sarah Madgwick
Sarah has previously worked for an estate agent and a building society, where she gained valuable knowledge of the mortgage process and the property market.
She has a wide range of experience in customer relations and prides herself in being of the utmost help to our clients. |
